The biggest job every year, and certainly, the most emotionally powerful event to host each year, is the special needs children’s Christmas party. The event occurs on the first Monday in December every year at the Buellton Marriott. It is an amazing Christmas celebration for special needs children throughout the county, their caregivers, and their families. Lunch, a musical group singing Christmas songs, costumed Christmas characters, a special visit with Santa Claus, and a Christmas gift for each child are all part of the celebration.
